The moment your agency hands that app to someone, you have quietly made yourself part of an arrangement where a third party holds your client's movements — a party that can be breached, subpoenaed, sold, or simply careless. For a client fleeing someone dangerous, that isn't a theoretical risk. It's the whole threat model.
Jarvis Bodyguard has no server. No account, no sign-up, no cloud profile. C naacts, recordings and location are encrypted on the client's own phone, with keys held in the device's secure hardware. None of it reaches us. We could not disclose it, sell it, lose it or be compelled to produce it, because we do not have it.
Your agency takes on no new custodial duty over client data by handing this out. That is the poina of the design, not a side effect of it.
